Cruising On a Boat On Thames River During Our Wedding Anniversary

During my wedding last year, my wife and I had a complicated experience due to some fallouts with the event organisers on the event day. So we promised ourselves that on our first wedding anniversary, we would make the best memories of our lives. We sure made it happen on a boat cruise down the Thames River. 

For the final three months leading up to the event, we set out to find the best location for our party, as well as the most beautiful yet affordable boat because we were on a budget for the entire experience. We finally decided to go on a cruise on the Thames River, because of the amazing properties lining its banks and the amazing London skyline.  

But then, there was one last bit to be taken care of. So we decided to look for the perfect boat for this event. We decide to take a 2-day cruise on the Thames. On the first day, we had a few friends on board for an intimate celebration. We had three meals during the entire trip, all cooked by the caterers on the crew. Then we had couple’s activities such as Pick & Art and Truth or Dare, among others. 

The highlight of the first day was when we had a swimming competition for all couples on the boat. The winning team had the chance to request anything of their choosing, and we all had to oblige. Unfortunately, we didn’t win, but the experience was exceptional.  

On the second day, it was just us on the boat, chilling throughout the day and having the best moments of our lives.
